Moist Spiced Pumpkin Muffins

3 ½ cups flour 4 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda 2 cups pumpkin
1 ½ teaspoons salt ½ cup water
2 teaspoons cinnamon 1Tablespoon vanilla
2 teaspoons nutmeg ½ cup cooking oil
2 cups white sugar ½ cup applesauce
1 cup brown sugar

Mix dry column and wet column separately. Then combine together. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes in well greased muffin tins. If you prefer, bake in loaves at 350 for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves or 36 muffins.
